*Covid19: in light of government directives, I’m postponing the start of my woodland courses and aiming to reschedule any courses affected by the current restrictions to later in the year. Courses are not being cancelled. I’ll let you know about rescheduled dates as soon as I possibly can. For rescheduled courses, your place will be automatically transferred, and if you’ve booked accommodation at the woodland venue this will also be carried over to the rescheduled course date. All current gift vouchers will now be valid until the end of 2021.
🌿These are challenging times for us all, & as a sole trader I’m very grateful for your continued support🌿
Terms & Conditions: your place on a Native Hands event is secured by booking and paying in advance, in full.
If you’re unable to attend an event you’ve booked on, no refunds are available, sorry. Bookings are not transferable from one event to another. However, if you’re unable to attend and want to give your place to a friend that’s absolutely fine; just get in touch to let me know their name and contact details.
I wish I could offer a refund to all of those who ask in relation to illness, family emergencies, bereavement, injury, etc. However, running these events (where the group size is small) as a sole trader I regret I’m not able to underwrite these kinds of costs. When booking with Native Hands, you’re buying a ticket for an event, just as you would be for a music festival etc, where it’s accepted practice that refunds/transfers are not given.
In the unlikely event of Native Hands cancelling the event, you’ll receive a full refund.
Gift vouchers: once you’ve received booking confirmation for your chosen event, you’re considered fully booked onto that event. If you cancel or fail to attend when using a gift voucher, no refunds/credit/transfers can be given. If the cost of the event you wish to attend is less than the value of your voucher, no refund or credit will be possible. Gift vouchers are valid for one calendar year from purchase date.
Age suitability: Native Hands events are designed for adults, unless otherwise stated (as in the case of Family Wild Pottery, which is for age 7 and up). However, 16-18 year olds are welcome on all events if accompanied by a responsible, participating adult. Please get in touch before booking if you have any queries regarding age suitability.
Accessibility: most Native Hands events take place in the woods and involve foraging and physical activity. Therefore a certain level of physical ability is required. I aim to make events accessible whenever possible, within the context and limitations of a woodland setting. If you have mobility issues or other physical needs please get in touch prior to booking, so we can see how your needs can be accommodated.
Dogs are not permitted at any Native Hands event.
Alcohol: please do not bring alcohol (or any other intoxicant) with you to any Native Hands event.
